Due: 4/3/97 Homework 5 Due April 8th (Thursday) The staff at thetrip.com have noticed that people trying to make reservations on their web-based system keep on making errors. They see lots of people using the system, but few managing to complete the whole reservations process. In consultation with their excellent usability staff, they agree that people are having difficulty using all the features to make reservations. Marketing decides that rather than revise the interface, they will create a one-page cheat sheet. This minimal user manual will a 1 page laminated sheet of paper that will be mailed out to potential users of the system.

On an 8.5" X 11" sheet of paper, create a set of minimal documentation that will allow users to successfully make flight reservations. You may include graphics from the web site, text explanations as well as any other things that will help a user. The goal is to create documentation that is easy to use while also not overloading the user.
